Ivy is a qualified counsellor and supervisor in relationship and family therapy. With over seven years of experience in counselling, she has worked with non-profit organisations and the Employee Assistant Program.

Ivy has developed an integrated approach to meeting people where they are. She is passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families; she uses person-centred and trauma-informed approaches, providing a safe space to explore, understand, empower, and move towards desired goals.

Ivy, being an immigrant herself, is aware of differences and barriers when working in a multicultural setting and provides culturally sensitive care and support.
